   What an excellent service. My granddaughter had a puncture on Friday evening and in attempting to remove the locking wheel nut it broke. With the help of her boyfriend and friends she managed to get some air into the tyre to get it home. On Saturday morning I rang Mr Clutch and the very helpful gentleman that answered the phone said he could help and for her to bring it in. She did so and they replaced the wheel nuts and tyre for a very reasonable price and she was able to pick it back up on Saturday afternoon. I was so appreciative as we were unable to help as we were away for the weekend. We previously had a new clutch fitted to my wife’s Audi by them and my father in law wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend.

   My van had a diesel leak and was taken to Mr Clutch on Wednesday 7th December, I was told it needed a part and this would be delivered within 48 hours, I heard nothing after this so decided to call up on Saturday 10th December around 13:30 to ask how things were going, I was told at this point the part would now be 5-10 days and they had known this on Friday 9th December, I asked why no one had called me and was told they are too busy to make a phone call. I asked for the part number so I could try and find one quicker. They told me they did not have the part number and as the part was on order they could not return it. I then asked if the suspension work had started, as this job was booked in for over a week before I had the diesel leak, I was told the parts were ordered yesterday afternoon but had not arrived and the work would not get done on this day. I told the gentlemen on the phone that I would be coming to collect my van as I was not happy that the suspension work had not been started and they had not communicated the delay on the other part with me. To this I was told that I could not collect my van as the part was ordered and they could not return it.

   I have use Mr Clutch for my last few services and MOT. Ron was very helpful and helped get my car through the MOT and some minor repairs. My only complaint is I received a parking ticket on 25/05/22 through the business parks ANPR system whilst my car was having a major service on 20/04/22. I am still awaiting confirmation of this ticket being cancelled through Mr Clutch, as the company that issued the ticket refused my appeal and blamed Mr Clutch for not putting me on the system. I have contacted customer services with all the details and was told it's being dealt with by a director. This needs to be sorted by the 12/07/22 or I will have to pay £100 to stop debt recovery getting involved and charging even more
