    Bought some coils for my audi a3 they didn’t fit due to purchasing wrong ones as listing stated it was for my car but the 3 door and not the 5. I returned with only the one only being attempted to fit. Paid for postage £35 and then only to be told I would either get them back or 50% refund even though 3 of them were still in packaging and other having tiny scratches.

    Placed an order with StancedUK Sunday evening, Monday morning they was packing it and the guy realised I had accidentally put 10 radius and 10 tapered bolts with my spacers. Rung me personally to confirm which set it was that I wanted so I wasn't without the full correct set! Now that is customer service! Was in the post and with me the next day! 100% would recommend these guys! I'll be using them again after Xmas to get Coilovers and shorter droplinks for my TT. 10/10 Big Thanks!!

    WHATEVER YOU DO DONT BUY COILOVERS OFF THESE . Absolutely shocking to say the least! No customer service and make promises they dont keep, my set of coilovers turned up bent and had rust coming through the paint work. The explanation given was they're a budget set ,What ?? They arranged a failed collection, then told me to post them back and they would refund me the postage, which they haven't yet so now I'm out of pocket, nevermind my time , they gave me a phone number to contact buy they never answer the phone
