Several warning lights came on on the dashboard when driving home last night Day before Christmas Eve). I thought oh dear, I need the car to go on holiday next week and everything will be closed! Went to Mendem Motors first thing Christmas Eve and despite being on reduced staff for the holidays and closing early for Christmas they fitted me in and fixed the fault. Exceptional service, thanks!!!
I’ve been using Mendem Motors since moving to Tadley 3 years ago. I am so glad we’ve found them. Fair, professional, honest and friendly. Brilliant place. Found it by accident due to other places closer to the High Street being too busy so they sent me here. Great service, and great prices. Got my front discs and pads done on my Jaguar XJ. They didn't use jaguar branded parts they used their own equivalent quality selection but the braking on my car has never been so smooth and progressive, and it was cheaper here than other quotes id been given. Would thoroughly recommend Mendem Motors to anyone. It's very rare these days to get the combination of good quality and best prices, but this place is win win.
They have always provided me will a good service to my Vehicle's, infact only yesterday a component failed and they fitted it free of charge to get to through the MOT as the part was under warranty. Both Nigel and Tim offer good free advice on any issues or concerns. I must congratulate Nigel and team in providing 50 years service this year, and I've been been using them close on 40 years now. They provide very competitive cheaper than main dealer rates and just as good. I have no doubt about recommending them if you are looking for a local garage and they will even tow your car in locally for free if you break down.
After having a bad experience somewhere else coming to mendem motors I was a bit apprehensive but I shouldn’t have been. From the beginning they were so friendly and helpful. They interacted with my kids while we waited and my experience overall has made me feel comfortable to bring my car there in the future. Highly recommend
After such a positive experience getting my car fixed, I highly recommend Mendem Motors and their professional staff. My car had all sorts of problems that my local garage(s) couldn't fix, but Mendem motors did. I will be using them from now on even though I have to pass my local garage to get there. Excellent. Terrible customer service by this man, who was revolting towards members of the public. Police had to be involved and tell him to cool his behaviour. Recommend people google Auditing Britain, and search video "Reading Police Station".

Excellent service as always from Mendem. Friendly and professional staff and a high standard of workmanship. Replaced a wheel bearing at a very reasonable price and were able to fit the job in at a time that suited me. Highly recommended.
