These guys are lifesaver’s absolutely and 10/10 customer service. If I remember correctly, it’s Matt and Ross who did my car such happy gents!! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re over in trouble in the Tadley area! (sorry of I’ve got the name wrong)
Excellent friendly service. Fitted me in quickly for a tyre repair. Everyone spoke to me and complemented my car. Nigel did the repair quickly and diligently (not many of us Nigels around any more!). Jan was professional and very helpful. Not only do they do car tyres, but also motorcycles and a host of other things. They will be my go to garage in the future.
I had an oil leak and left my car with them while I was at work. When I turned up at the end of the day I was pleased to hear it was just a loose washer. They didn't charge me a penny and refused my offer to pay something at least. Clearly a very trustworthy place! Everyone I interacted with on the phone and in person was so friendly and helpful.
Super friendly and helpful. Called at 1645 about a puncture and they told me to come straight down. I was on my way with 2 new tyres fitted by 1730. Good stock, sensible advice re load ratings etc.
Incredibly friendly and professional team. I had my 5x new alloys for my Suzuki Jimny delivered from Japan via Street tracks. They were kept secure and then fitted with great care. I was chuffed to pieces.
Had a screw in tyre. Fixed within 20 minutes. Fantastic service.
Took car in for four new tyres. Paid in full and on their attempt at changing the tyres they broke the locking wheelnut, with no tyres changed. Two day the car was out of action, illegal to drive due to old tyres. I had to pay for the repair, they caused, and now I have to replace the wheelnuts myself, £90 for the repair and another £40 for locking nuts. Paid for the repair in cash as well due to something about not making any money of it, the cheek of it. No awareness they were wrong and also no apology all laughs and smiles at my expense. Cannot believe the treatment I received.
Excellent service as always from Tadley Tyres. Rolled in just before closing needing a new tyre. Not a problem, sorted in no time, guys are always really friendly.
