Work was carried out by Chris, who worked hard in freezing conditions and somehow managed to remain cheerful, friendly and helpful. He offered me a free 10 point check and discovered my engine had no measurable amount of oil in it.

Very friendly and helpful. Knew what parts were needed for my car by taking the reg number. Due to roadworks outside it was a little tricky to see how to drive into the car park. Once in parking was adequate and spacious. Would recommend Basingstoke Halfords as great place to shop. My eVoucher worked well and meant I only had a small amount to pay on top of using my voucher.
Headlights purchased and replaced on my car, fitted expertly by Alex and Tom, who were extremely helpful even though my car was a challenge in getting to the headlamps! Tom also helped me find the correct bulb as the iPad wasn’t working properly in store. Fantastic and friendly service all round, would definitely recommend!
Wow , 5 star service. Joe was amazing. Completely novice with my car but he didn’t make me feel stupid and was very patient. he made me feel really reassured and In good hands. He was honest and gave me the best advice and helped me save money to. Everyone else was also v friendly. Will def return
I was impressed with great customer service during my visit today. I took my old car battery to the store to claim a £10 voucher received by email. One of the staff explained how it worked, informed the person at checkout and took the old battery from me so I didn't have to push it around in the trolley as I shopped. He made the whole experience quick and easy. Excellent!
