   Would put 0 stars if I could Terrible service. Have tried to use many times. Everytime I order parts they never have them on site. Even after receiving texts stating your order is ready to collect. Go in and they don't have them. Even was sent to andover to go get some springs because "they didn't have them" Will be avoiding them in future.

   Order online shows in stock. Get to the store they have one. Go back to collect the second they try to charge 10% more as “price went up mate” scummy manager with zero clue on how to deal with their mistake

   Really poor experience as a new customer. All parts showed as in stock and available for Click & Collect. I received an email saying my order was ready to pick up, but when I arrived, one of the items wasn’t available. Your website states: "Your local GSF store will receive, check, and pick your Click & Collect order ready for your arrival. Should there be any issues with the items ordered, the local store team will get in touch." This clearly didn’t happen. The parts were simply taken off the shelf on the day, and no one contacted me about the missing item. Now I don’t know whether to try again, because your website still shows the item as in stock — but in store, I’m told otherwise. Very poor communication and a frustrating experience.
