Very clean cafe. Pleasant helpful members of staff . Good menu with a variety of different options including a delicious cooked and well presented English breakfast. I like that there was a choice of two sizes. Good hot tea & coffee. This was my first visit but definitely planning to go again.

Lovely staff, the young lass was very competent. The food came quickly and of high quality despite how busy it was.

The food here was absolutely amazing and the interior is beautiful. The young lady with light brown hair who served us was lovely and the lady with the black bob was also very welcoming. However the lady with the blonde bob was absolutely vile to the other staff. I did not hear a please or a thank you once when asking staff to do something. The food was great but I did not appreciate eating my food while listening to her speak to others like that. Shame on her. The logo says “good vibes”.

Really, you can't do much better than this establishment. Food, service, staff and vibe are all excellent. So grateful to stumble upon this place and be pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything. Coffee deserves a special mention as they have their own roast. Do yourself a favour and try this place.

Came here for a brunch with a friend. Food was piping hot and delicious! Atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Decor is cute, though the toilets aren't that nice. Service at the end when trying to sort out the bill was a tad frustrating as the girls couldn't figure it out and we stood there for quite a while waiting whilst not being told what was going on. They have some very tempting looking treats on the till and it's all very well priced. All round lovely little cafe, would come back 100%!

I came for brunch with my friend and my son who is under 1. The staff were initially very welcoming but throughout our visit we felt rushed. Before we could sit down/un load my baby into the high chair we were asked what drinks we'd like. Within 5 minutes of sitting down we had 2 waiting staff ask for drinks and food order. They were very understanding with my son, getting water etc to heat his food. Our brunch dishes were delicious! When leaving we again felt rushed as we hadn't even finished collecting our things. And a member of staff was cleaning the table. They also have lots of high chairs but no baby changing in the toilet! The staff in general were super friendly but just really rushed us. When I've been in the past (during the week in busy lunch times) I haven't had this service. So I think after this one I'll think twice before coming sadly /recommending to friends

First time in here since changed from kettle and cake. We loved our cakes. Will come back and try the breakfast out. Be awesome if black pudding was available though

This is a great little café offering breakfast and lunch. Prices are reasonable especially in these economic times (August 2022). There aren't many parking spaces but as this is in the centre of Hedge End there are other car parks near by. The only criticismis my wife said the kitchen puts the butter on the toast or the tea cakes and it's more butter than she would like.

What a lovely surprise. Wonderful place! Hedge End has never been known for good eats, and then I stumble upon this gem of a place that opened only two weeks ago (early June 2022). Completely surpassed my expectations - great menu items, good quality, delicious food, good coffee, outstanding people, nice space. I wish you all the very best Spring Tides, and I will be back with more people soon!

Even though this has only been open for a few days, at first glance, it is a very good cafe/restaurant. Service - was a little lacking, not just for us, for other people also, given their due it was only opened on Friday. Food - very nice, however they need to explain their menus further, as after ordering the breakfast ciabatta, the waiter came back and said that we needed to pay for extra for the egg and cheese, when on the menu, it says it's all one price. Drinks - despite having milkshakes on the menu and it being advertised , when I asked for one, they said they weren't doing them, as they were still waiting for the blender to be delivered. Atmosphere - good, however, music was rather loud on the speaker and could probably be a little lower and just in the background. Was quite busy, this could have been due to the jubilee event on the park near by, so plenty of food traffic, will have to see how it goes, when it has been open longer.
