Staff are always helpful and polite and service is prompt. Coffee is consistent quality - never had a bad one from here in many visits over the past several years.
The change of staff have made this shop unfamiliar, only 1 or 2 staff members are constantly happy. The rest are miserable yet another increase on price , I wouldn't mind if it felt like a friendly place to be I won't be stopping here again.
Good Morning well its not a good Morning because we needed the Rain Make I make a suggestion l brought a Cappuccino and a Bakewell Tart it was put in a bag and the icing stuck to the bag so the I would like to see cakes etc put in recycle boxes is that possible please I am not complaining just suggesting thank you
Love this place and only 5 minutes from where I live, coffee is wonderful and staff so friendly, only 1 thing I have an issue with is that they seem to be short staffed a lot lately so will open later and close earlier at these times which isn't good if you go there specifically to enjoy a coffee only to find them closed, the management need to recruit more staff, other than that I have no issues this is why they only get 4 stars but not the staff fault
This was my first visit to this particular Costa coffee outlet, it was very clean and tidy although a little on the small side which allowed intrusive noise from the Steam machines to interfere with conversation with others.
Won't be visiting again. No dogs allowed. I find this hard to believe. Costa West Key Southampton allow dogs as do many others. Had to sit outside on a cold day when I suffer with arthritis. Time for management to review policy.
Not my favourite. Costa is now depending on a reputation that has been built up over the years. The staff are friendly; but so stressed as the work area is small and there are definitely not enough assistants behind the counter). The sit-down is cosy...but...way overpriced cakes and biscuits...£2 Christmas Tree shaped biscuit? In this recession?...cakes are leaning to the £3 mark...and never...just never, can Costa serve a decently HOT hot chocolate...why is it always so lukewarm? Such a waste of my hard earned money. Not going back to Costa. Thank you.
Always in a Costa loving the coffee and a great place to work too. Staff always friendly and smiling. Never had any issues and always great temperatures of straight to drink coffee in my cup! What more could you ask?
