Ordered a full breakfast. Bacon was so hard it couldn't be eaten, sausages were burnt, toast was so stale and hard all served on a cold plate. The hot drink was only Luke warm and I had to heat in the microwave. Will not be coming here again. The staff didn't want to know. No pride in their work or what they were serving to customers!!!!!
How can you get a bacon bap and tea to go so wrong? All I can say is gross. Bacon burnt, one singular butter loose in the bag and the tea a a fishy twang. I know £4 isn't much but I would have expected at least edible and completely... How I was ever going to take it apart and spread the butter while walking along is beyond me.
If you make a trip according to the opening times and then find it is closed. Then other customers tell you it happens regularly! Shame on Asda
Friendly staff. The kids love the meals. They are always happy to help us out.
This place is really bad.... Very quiet, so it took 30mins for a jacket potato, my food come first and my kids came 10mins later! I believe the manager needs more training and just witnessed him being very rude to another costumer. There's probably 6 people in the cafe and it's out of control. Really needs looking into, and maybe make sure the menu is available too! Looks like no planning as been made.
Pizza is good and a good deal, when it’s available which is rare! However every time we come here the service is awful, act like they don’t want to be here, are snappy when you ask a simple question. Need some training in customer service for sure.
Horrid experience, went in with my kids and the woman incharge came out shouting they were closed at 13:30 and started slamming stuff around, we immediately left and tried to complain to asda, who told us it was run by an outside company and was nothing todo with them even though its called Asda kitchen. Cheap food for the kids didnt happen.
Used to be a lovely cheap cafe came today prices gone up you not aloud to swap items on breakfast anymore and there was a wanna be micro manager constantly shouting her gob off the whole time someone needs to shut her up don’t think she has worked in hospitality before as she shouting constantly and walking around with earphones in I did like this cafe but will not be returning

I'm really surprised about the negative reviews here. I've eaten here about 8 times or so now and never had a problem. The pizza is great, and ridiculously cheap too. Ok, yes, the tills sometimes move slowly, but so what? The food is usually quick to arrive, it doesn't taste bad at all and it's cheap as hell.
