Awful service at B&Q Bridge of Don store. One sultry member of staff even managed to drop an ‘F-bomb’ in his explanation of why a piece of timber couldn’t be cut to size. Lucky fir him I didn’t have my kids with me or this kind of response to a smile request would have ended very differently.
