    I phoned and made an enquiry about having a tool serviced. The lad on the phone seemed helpful, when I arrived at the store the man I spoke to was very obnoxious and said, I should take it to where I bought it. Strange way to run a business.

    Never had to deal with such a bad service in my whole life. It's taking ages for them to deliver my item + they do not ship overseas + forgot to attach a bill and so now my article is blocked at the customs. I have ordered it mid-May and still haven't received it. Oh and not to forget that they are OVERPRICED! Whatever you want to buy folks, compare online (amazon etc) and you will understand. Hopefully this company won't last LONG. Cheers.
