Ordered a number of items from Screwfix and from Toolstation. Screwfix got the order right, Toolstation saw me coming back after 20 minutes travelling for a large missed item and then I get to site and another is missing - can’t get hold of anyone either. 2 stars because it was easy to order!
Although the store being understaffed and quite busy at the time of my arrival, I was served by two amazing colleges, Jess and Scott the very strapping young lad, they assisted me with finding all 8 items that I was having issues with. And I am sure to come back to the westhill store.
Gave me the wrong battery! Even says on the order receipt what type of battery it was!! Honestly can't believe how they could have gotten it wrong!! And because they were closed by the time I realised it couldn't be changed same day. Absolutely wasted journey to get this specific type of battery!
Great service as usual. Items available for collection within minutes of placing the order. Martin went out of his way to help me get an order at another branch cancelled as it was impossible to contact Toolstation's customer services either by telephone or online messaging. Such a shame as their customer service used to be excellent.
The worst service possible. Told to go and look up what I needed on some pad. I had what I needed in my hand and they still insisted I look it up, it was just a fluorescent tube for god sake... Rubbish service

Great new store with friendly staff. Put in my order and drove to Westhill and the order was ready for collection by the time I got there 15 minutes later. So convenient having a store so close to where I live.

Outstanding service. Happy to have this new shop so close to home. We were needing a very specific tool that wasn't available at the moment but ordering and getting a message when it was ready for collection was excellent (easy and super fast). Will visit the shop every time we need a tool :)
