   Coffee machine out of order Soft drinks machine out of order Limited menu only,just Bacon or sausage egg baps only.Super slow service ,took 10 minutes to get it ordered and there was no queue. Then when the baps came out I asked for sauces and told sorry we havnt got any ! I mean your a huge supermarket come on.Where the roasted chickens were in the supermarket they had sachets of sauces. Service was absolutely basic. Would never go again

   We were really impressed with this cafe. We came in for an early dinner after coming off the ferry before driving home. There's a good menu with some nice home comforts. Prices are brilliant and the staff were really friendly. Our food came fairly quickly and the portion sizes were great and the quality was much better than I expected. My fish pie was delicious with loads of fish. Had apple crumble with lashings of custard for dessert. Shame it closes at 6.

   We ordered apple juice it tasted fizzy. Thought it was just fizzy apple juice but it tasted weird, turns out it was gone off. Food didn’t taste that good either

   Probably one of the worst breakfast experiences. No flags for the ordering system, had to go and find them ourselves. Barely warm cappuccino, 3x breakfast, cold beans, hash browns were slightly warm. Everything was cooked perfectly but I feel it had all been waiting on the side somewhere for quite a while. The toast had been put on top of the butter sachet so the toast was cold but it had melted the butter to a free flowing liquid. To top it off the store was colder than it was outside. The lady serving was lovely but Won’t be returning.

   Incredibly slow service even when it was quiet; it took 40 minutes for our meals to arrive. The drinks machine was broken. The staff were rude. It was cold enough to wear a coat inside and to top it all, the food was still terrible. Now I've heard that Morrisons Cafe can be a bit hit or miss (and we do return every 6-9 months, hoping that it's improved); well Totton is consistantly a miss and its had it's last chance.

   Depends on the time of day visit to cafe is made. Early morning and lunchtime can be very busy. Good food at very reasonable prices. A good menu for food and snacks throughout the day. Afternoon tea from 3pm children can eat free, this offer is for one child per adult and the adult meal is over £4.50.
