   We have been using Star Motors since 2002 and the service has been awesome in every way. Initially had interaction with Ian but lately with Mike. The level of expertise is superb! Sometimes you have to wait for normal servicing etc but in case of urgent faults and diagnosis, they will fit you in fairly promptly. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

   just want to say a big thank you to Michael and the team at Star Motors in Reading. A friend recommended them to me, and I’m so glad they did. I own a Mercedes E-Class that developed a camshaft problem. I spoke to several engineers beforehand, but most of them either didn’t inspire confidence or quoted me very high prices. When I came to Star Motors, it was a completely different experience. Michael is a true specialist when it comes to Mercedes-Benz. He took the time to properly assess the issue and offered me a very fair and reasonable price. What I really appreciate is that he doesn’t rush the job—he makes sure it’s done properly, which gave me complete peace of mind.    My merc developed a problem the day before the weekend I was due to do along drive. Called up Star Motor Services and they managed to squeee me in last minute and sort the problem ready for my trip. Wouldn't take my Merc anywhere else! Would highly recommend!

   Had my car checked from Wayne's gate's harrow for engine noise they told me camshaft and timing chain and fixing cost was £3000. Booked my diagnosis appointment with star motor service Ltd it was long waiting time but trust me it's worth waiting even 1 month. The staff was so polite and friendly. They fixed my car very professionally and very efficiently. The staff knew their stuff. Most honest and professional team I have ever seen.    Excellent service and reasonable priced. Also, very helpful. I had a problem with NOX Sensor (Mercedes E-Class) most of the Mercedes garages said it is big and expensive job and it is difficult to get parts quickly. But star motor got the part within few days and replace while I was waiting (about half a hour). Well Done Star Motors.

   Star Motor Service offer an excellent non franchised Mercedes service. I was astonished at the rates Mercedes dealers charge and was delighted to find this alternative route. Courtesy car is a bit of a health hazard, but well worth it!
