   I came to True Ford as I was having issues with my Fiesta. I knew the timing belt was due to be changed. After contacting several garages I decided to take the chance and go with True Ford. I’m so happy I made that decision, very professional and knowledgeable, I felt respected and valued as a customer. My car now feels great to drive no more issue with my clutch and she doesn’t feel sluggish anymore if anything she feels like a brand new car! Very happy customer. Update: I had an issues with my car which resulted in a breakdown at home. Car had a problem with the immobiliser not related to the work Tony had done. However I called Tony for some advice and he came down the same day to my address in the evening to have a look and got her moving again!!! Tony is a genuine gentleman and he didn’t have to come out of his way to fix my car but he did. I can tell he has good honest old school values.

   I had issues with a dodgy mechanic damaging my car, and after unsuccessfully taking the car to a couple of other places to get the damages repaired I found TrueFord and finally managed to get the issues sorted. Tony definitely knows his stuff and is honest and doesn’t overcharge for the work he does either unlike some of the other places I’ve taken my car to. I’m definitely going to only take my car to TrueFord in the future as I know my car is in good hands there. They also work on other makes of cars too but specialise in Ford.

   Have used these guys a few times now on a couple of different vehicles. A rare find - honest, knowledgable and they work with you to get a decent solution, rather than just replacing stuff at huge expense to see if it helps. Really, really great.

   Great service from this local garage - proper old school attention to detail and dedication to the job. They've carried out work for me on a few occasions - the most recent was a very complex engine problem but they kept me updated and the work was done to a high standard and at a fair price. Recommended to anyone in the local area, and of course they don't just work on Fords!

   Tony (the owner) is a true engineer and a lovely guy! If you want to know exactly what the issue is and how best to fix it - Tony is your man. This is in contract to Ford dealerships that will sell you brand new (overpriced) parts every time since they don't have Tony's expertise and knowledge to actually "fix" things properly. Cannot rate him highly enough.

   Brilliant garage! They got me in at short notice to diagnose the fault I had. Did their best to get me a good price on the part needed and then quickly got me booked in for repair so that I'd have my car sorted for my family holiday that weekend. Plus let me borrow a car and also managed to squeeze in an MOT for me too:-) Thanks guys, I can't recommend you enough. I'll be back for my service soon.

   I have used True Ford for about 10 years now, with no complaints about anything. I have always been given a fair price and never had to return my car after any work done. The family run bussiness is friendly and very experienced. On many occaisons when having work done I have experienced other mechanics coming for advice on diagnostics etc. I would say if you want a good job, value for money and to be in safe hands there is no other choice locally.
