   DO NOT USE AS TOTALLY UNRELIABLE! I had prebooked using the app to take me to Winnersh Triangle train station to catch the Railair bus to Heathrow on Sunday morning at 5.45am. I had a confirmed booking but the day before I phoned Loddon Cars to reconfirm the booking. They said they don’t take local bookings that early on a Sunday morning and wouldn’t be able to do it. I said when would they have made me aware of that and they said the evening before! I tried to book elsewhere but because of the late notice, no other taxi company was able to do it. I was left to walk, on my own in the dark, for half an hour to the train station with my suitcase. Why accept the booking on the app if the company knew they were unable to fulfil it? No apology given. Totally unacceptable.

   I booked a taxi a week in advance and got a well-priced quote for a short 3 mile journey return trip. When I called to confirm they told me the price was way too low and there was an issue with the website and couldn’t give me what the updated prices would be. The man on the phone was extremely rude! If your website is wrong, fix it. It’s misleading to customers and false information. I did get a refund are firmly insisting they cancel.

   My sister and I travelled from the US to the UK for Reading festival. We used these folks three times and it was quick, reasonably priced, and friendly. We used them to get from the airport (Heathrow) to south reading. We also used them on the first day of the festival. Getting there was fine, pick up was a pain, but to be expected to a point. Highly recommend

   Booked a trip a few weeks ago for the following morning. Money came out of my account, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email or text or anything. I called up about half hour later to confirm it has all gone through, only to be told they received nothing and to just wait and call up again next morning again in case it still doesn’t go through. As expected, woke up to no confirmation email so I called them again, only to be brushed off and rudely told “we have no cars available” without even listening to my issue to then get hung up on. Not only was I almost not able to make it to my final test for my motorcycle license, I also lost £20+ on a taxi I never received, no one heard me out or dealt with it and received no refund or even an apology. Terrible service, CapitalCars came through to save the day at least

   Poor. Prebooked the taxi as I had to get a train early in the morning. Looked on the app and could see that my taxi was already running ten minutes late. Called Loddon cars for them to tell me there was nothing they could do about it, and If I still wanted the taxi (obviously as I didn’t have a back up option) and needed to catch the train. They then cancelled the first taxi and booked another one for them to be late still (taxi driver was lovely though and couldn’t give him any more praise - he was really understanding). In the end I just asked the taxi driver to drop me back home because at this point I’d already missed my train, there wasn’t another for an hour, and I had a business meeting to get to. Ended up having to drive 2 hours to Birmingham.

   Booked by phone with helpful staff; text confirming the booking arrived almost instantly. I was notified when car was setting off and when it arrived - which was a few minutes early. It was a lovely car, very clean and tidy; very friendly driver; nice easy drive. I appreciated the excellent service and communication, and I’m an extremely happy customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Loddon Cars again.

   We made a booking with Loddon cars to take and pick up to and from a local Hospital. The service from start to finish was excellent. Both drivers were so professional and both journeys went without a hitch.the SMS confirmation and journey updates were also very helpful. They took the stress of trying to navigate through Reading town during busy periods and we didn’t have to worry about finding a parking space at the hospital. Will definitely use them again.

   Booked in advance, tracked via the app and went to wait outside when the taxi was supposedly 2 minutes away…no taxi. Waited for several more minutes, checked the app again and apparently the taxi was cancelled so I called the central dispatcher who informed me that the taxi had apparently been waiting for me outside and had supposedly called me but didn’t receive an answer so left. I had no missed calls and was then completely stranded for several hours but the dispatcher did not care about this and hung up on me. Would give 0 stars if I could.
