“My car was taken to BGS after a non fault accident. I was kept informed of the progress and once repaired it was delivered back to me. There was one area of the repair that I wasn’t happy with and after a quick phone call I was asked to return the car at my convenience and they would look at it. It was fixed while I waited. Both the office staff and the mechanic made me feel like it was no trouble and couldn’t have been more welcoming. I would have no hesitation recommending them”

“Darren at Mulgari has amazing expertise and experience. I wanted the biggest front brakes I could get into my remapped TTS as I race it on track days and have warped 2 sets of front discs before, due to overheating them. With Darren's help, I researched and sourced a set-up usually used as an ultimate upgrade for a TTRS. Darren fitted the kit to my TTS and did an amazing metalwork re-shaping job with the existing backplates so they, not only fit the bigger discs perfectly, but they also have an extra opening so my brake cooling ducts point right at the discs. The job Darren has done is remarkable. And with his race driving experience he helps prioritise the modification work to the car that produces the most cost effective gains for track day racing. I can only add that I recommend the expertise and work quality of Mulgari above all other places.”

“I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service I received today. I had an issue with my car (caused by another garage) and they spent the day finding the source of the problem, advised me to go back to the source of the issue (when they could have charged me to fix the problem themselves) and they even offered to take a look at it after it’s fixed to make sure it’s okay. They also checked my oil, and advised me in a way that wasn’t patronising, and really showed so much care that I was in disbelief. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else, they have a customer for life. Thank you again, you’ve restored my faith.”

“I was so lucky to have been recommended C&V by my kitchen fitter who also has a Vauxhall after another garage has supposedly fixed my water leak but hadn’t and I wasn’t happy about returning. Andy was a pleasure to deal with and also let me a courtesy car at the last minute. They fixed my leak but over the weekend it developed another leak, first thing Monday Andy invite me back that day, another courtesy car and found I had a faulty cap, quickly replaced that at no further cost and no problems since. There are lots of horror stories of trashed engines due to this "wet belt" and the main dealer had offered only confusing and scary info, with pricing to match. “Excellent service. Called MOT City on Monday morning after an engine light came on and the car kept going into limp mode. Although they said their earliest availability to diagnose would be Tuesday, they were flexible with when I could drop the car off. Dropped car off Monday afternoon, and they ended up diagnosing the same day. After a potential fix unfortunately didn't work and the issue returned, Sean insisted I bring the car back so they could diagnose again free of charge. Again they were very flexible with timing, and didn't charge me anything for the second visit. Friendly and helpful receptionists, and honest mechanics who gave excellent advice.”

“Tom Lenthall and his great team (shout out to Adam) have saved my (car's) bacon on several occasions. Always helpful and conscious of the cost of car maintenance I trust them completely. Standard servicing is good value and they also offer sensible tuning options. Their collective expertise is evident as whenever we take either our Land Rover or Jaguar in with issues they usually have identified the problem before even looking at the car. It's always nice to see the restorarion projects when visiting too.”
