   Unfortunately, I forgot to get the name of the guy who dealt with my issue. But essentially really great customer service. I turned up right near the end of the day with a slow puncture that I had received on my way home from work from a screw, extra unfortunate for me as I only had a tyre pop the week prior due to a hidden pothole. I desperately needed my car to be in good working order for the next day as I had an exam to get to and they were incredible at fitting me in last minute. Within one hour they had prepared my puncture and had me on my way again. I typically have gone to a different centre but given the great customer service, I would definitely visit this one again if I needed to.

   Cold and unwelcoming staff. I wasn’t called when my MOT had been completed. My MOT failed and there was no recommendation or help from the person on the phone when I called to check. It was like getting blood from a stone. Apparently they could not charge to adjust my headlights bulbs to pass the MOT, and said they would “try” to do it and re-test in the evening. Then they called and said it had passed and were charging an extra £30 for the adjustment - This is fine, but why not suggest that in the first place? Very unhelpful.

   Staff geared up to serve, polite, as helpful as possible. Give the expectation that job will be well done. Sadly let down. I arrived with puncture - left it with them. They phoned to say couldn't fix puncture due to angle of entry of screw - replacement tyre circa £187.00 - £50 more than I paid elsewhere last October!! I rescued my tyre. Took it to my usual tyre company who fixed the puncture for £15!!! Amazing service, and workmanship. £15 against £187 - no brainer!! Why try yo get me to buy a new tyre? Very disappointing!!!

   I had a flat tyre which was really inconvenient but I managed to drive the car to KwikFit Wokingham and the tyre was changed for a similar one the same day for a fair price. The customer service was great, the gentlemen were friendly and I was really glad they managed to sort the tyre the same day, especially as it was nearing closing time.
