The timing belt on our Peugeot urgently needed changing. Marc and Lynn at PTS were incredibly helpful identifying the main issues and thankfully managed to squeeze the repair into their schedule at very short notice. Thanks again!
So happy to find this place when looking for an independant to replace the timing belt and service my Peugeot 308 1.2 PureTech. There are lots of horror stories of trashed engines due to this "wet belt" and the main dealer had offered only confusing and scary info, with pricing to match. PTS Developments are a breath of fresh air, they had huge experience and new exactly what was entailed. They gave a straight forward quote for doing the job to current specs, and at a sensible price. The job was completed perfectly by Marc, he is passionate about cars and clearly knows his stuff while Lynn looks after the admin and phones. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people here and the prices seem to be fairly reasonable. They were the only local garage within 50 miles around me able to solve the software related problem of my C4 Grand Picasso quickly. I wish I lived a bit closer to them to bring my vehicle here for all regular and irregular servicing issues
Marc and Lynn are just brilliant and salt of the earth, genuine people. I have taken my car to them for an MOT and annual service for a number of years now. They are communicative, helpful and most of all honest and trustworthy. They dont overcharge and work is done with due care and attention. Highly recommend.

Went to PTS with my Peugeot for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. Communication was great from booking my service to collecting my car. Marc and Lynn were friendly and personable throughout. I was talked through the work which had been done and asked if I had any questions following my service/MOT, which was nice. Another nice touch was the detailed paperwork which was presented in a neat folder. It was only a basic service on this occasion, but included a detailed inspection and the work appeared to have been carried out to a high standard and in a reasonable time frame, resulting in a fair bill. I'm very pleased to have found such a good local business. I'll be going back and have no hesitation in recommending to others.
Quite possibly the best garage I've been to and I've been to many!! I had problems with the fuel pump in my car and had been passed around many garages already and had spent in excess of £350 in people checking or misdiagnosing and making unnecessary repairs. Marc was willing to listen to what had been happening to the car, he took a look at it and sought further advice from a colleague because of the complexity of the problem. He was open and honest and even saved me money on further works that needed to be done on the car. He managed to diagnose and solve the problem that 4 other garages just hadn't managed. I'd go to him time and time again!! Such excellent help, advice and a genuine interest in Peugeot cars. He even followed up to message a week later to see if everything was ok with the car. That's something only a genuine and honest mechanic would do! Lynne was also very friendly and helpful with booking over the phone. Both Marc & Lynne run a fabulous honest and skilled garage. Mark & Lynn are extremely helpful polite and informative. Workmanship and prices are always very good. They speak volumes on why private enterprise is far superior to main dealerships. Have used them for a number of years without complaint.
by far the most helpfull with my car than anywhere iv'e been. will be usining them on a regular basis from now on. my car is a citroen c5 estate they putt them selves to get me two front strutts as citroen do NOT supply them anymore
