   My wife and I have been using Citromech since 1997 (at least) and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We’ve always had the best possible service, no matter what we’ve needed; from a simple MOT to conducting a ‘full buyers inspection report’ on a car that we were planning to buy (…but thankfully didn’t due to the problems Citromech found). On one occasion I was driving a company car all the way to Gothenburg and developed an engine fault whilst driving through Bremen. Despite having a company RAC card in my pocket, my first thought was to call Citromech, which is testament to just how much I trust their skills knowledge and expertise. I’m a formally qualified engineer, so I know that they always give me the best possible advice. I’ve lost count of the number of word of mouth recommendations I’ve made in the past, but never left a review (until now). Put simply ladies and gentlemen “forget the rest, use the best; use Citromech” Keep up the great work guys. Regards Paul

   I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service I received today. I had an issue with my car (caused by another garage) and they spent the day finding the source of the problem, advised me to go back to the source of the issue (when they could have charged me to fix the problem themselves) and they even offered to take a look at it after it’s fixed to make sure it’s okay. They also checked my oil, and advised me in a way that wasn’t patronising, and really showed so much care that I was in disbelief. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else, they have a customer for life. Thank you again, you’ve restored my faith.

   It's hard to find a garage that provides mot and car servicing where you can trust the integrity and quality of their service. Both Dave and Ray who greet you on arrival and their team are all professionals and give you their time. It just feels like a genuine and well run business In contrast, I've used a number of large chains and small independent garages in the area, where you get a strong sense (and evidence) that their goal is to leverage as many £££'s out of your pocket. Citroemech a rare find!. Highly recommended

   Great service, took my wife's car in which had a broken window electric winder so it was permanently open. They kept it securely while they were waiting for the parts and also did the MOT and replaced the aircon compressor.
