   My car was making a funny noise, so i phoned garage to book it in. This was very efficient and booked in for same week at a convient time for me. I booked in for a service and investigation of the noise. I dropped the car to the garage, then went off to the high street. After a while , I had a phone call to explain my break pads where worn and needed replacing. I was given a price and once agreed for them to do , a time was given to collect my car. I returned to collect car with all work complete. Staff where very knowledgeable and very helpful. Great price. Im very happy with service and will be a returning customer .

   Avoid ! Rudest customer service I have ever experienced, the guy literally slammed door on me with phrasing “my patience level is up, I told you I can’t help you, I haven’t charged you” when he barely talked to me less than 5 mins, I was asking him “what was exact error code on your diagnostic machine”. I told his colleague about this and told clearly I am never coming to this garage ever again, he was “thanks for the feedback, I will convey this to my colleague” no apologies. Didn’t care about customer and what experience he had interacting with them. I wish there was an option of 0 stars.

   I booked my car in for a service .. 2 days later it’s still there as “something “ has gone wrong while at their garage .. offered to fix out of good will but leaving me pregnant with no car and 2 small children for a week .. wouldn’t take any responsibility for what’s gone wrong even tho it was JUST the service light on when I took it there .. he’s just told Me if u bring your car in and the doors working but then falls off that wouldn’t be my problem… not at all impressed …

   I booked a tyre fitting service through Black Circles and chose Wokingham MOT and Service Centre because of their positive reviews but unfortunately had a very different experience. My order had two complementary services of MOT and wheel alignment. Upon arrival, I was told that the car had to go through the MOT first, which I did not want to, because two tyres needed changing and would have otherwise failed the test. After much puffing in my face, they said the MOT could not be done on the day, unless I chose to have it done and failed first, then retested after replacing the tyres. So, I chose not to have the MOT done. OK, no biggie. But then, it took them two and a half hours to replace four tyres and they scratched one alloy in order to remove the previous balancing weight. I mean they went over and over with a metal brush on my 20" alloy wheel to remove this sticky weight. Obviously I complained about that but got not a word in the way of an apology. Only that they had to remove the previous weight and that's the way to do it. They also said I shouldn't worry as as soon as the wheel gets dirty again, it would not be noticeable (!!). In the meanwhile, they also managed to add more value with a totally soiled door panel and carpet from muddy boots. I phoned up BlackCircles for a complaint and a refund for the MOT and alignment. So, in short, an experience of rude staff and unprofessional and sloppy service. Never, ever more.
