   The most amazing customer service from Josh and Antonia from start to finish. My car was repaired under a warranty claim and Josh took the time to explain fully the whole process. My car was repaired in quick time and running like new after a complicated fault. Would definitely recommend this repair garage especially if a warranty claim involved.

Amazing service!  Within 20 minutes of my roadside breakdown, my car was recovered and taken to Shiplake garage by Josh, an extraordinarily accomplished mechanic.Two days later my ageing Volvo was fully repaired at an agreeable cost. Highly recommended.

   I've used JS Motorworks for about the last five years and they've been absolutely brilliant. Great service, transparent explanation of technical problems and most importantly genuine honesty, which is probably what everyone is hoping for when choosing a garage. Reception staff are courteous and remember you after a few repeat visits all of which gives peace of mind when waiting for 'the phone call' detailing any work that might need to be done. Courtesy car available and Henley Town centre easily walkable if you want to wander off for a coffee in Town. The garage also benefits from being right next to Thames View Tyres, so there's typically minimal wait time for fixing trivial problems.
