   I loved the location of this Starbucks, and there was plenty of seating inside too, which was great. My latte was perfect. I even got a warm welcome upon my arrival, and if I can be honest, in my opinion, Starbucks is the superior coffeehouse chain in the world. They are the experts.

   Came in trying to find somewhere to have a quick bite and a pot of tea. Came in, table was dirty with wrappers and dirty stirrers left on the table. No hand sanitiser anywhere on the premises. I tried going to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no soap in the bathroom either. I then ordered my pot of tea in which I was given a dirty cup and no milk. When I asked for a clean cup and a pot of milk, I was told that I would have to use one of two communal milk jug and that they only provided single use milk jugs who people who have allergen concerns. Deciding against having black tea, I attempted to buy a bottle of water, I then waited 3 minutes to be served with not even so much as an acknowledgment of the time I waited. The first and last time will be coming in here. As someone who has managed in the industry, the level of service was worse than poor. Full of young staff who were undertrained and couldn’t care less about the customers. Has put a stain upon what was a lovely afternoon. I’d encourage people in Winchester to try any number of the independent coffee shops in the high street who serve better drinks, and actually care for their staff.

   Beautiful building and very friendly staff. Love the atmosphere there. The vegan breakfast bun seems to be out of stock a lot and I’d like to see more options for vegan cakes and hot chocolates from Starbucks.

   Busy like any other coffee house but there was seating available. Chairs and tables need clearing more regularly but staff are friendly and it's a nice venue. Spacious with loads of natural light.
