   I booked an MOT with a full service including collect & deliver, last year. The car was at my friend’s place while I was out of the country, and I booked it at the last minute. The pickup and delivery were perfectly on time, and to my pleasant surprise, there were no hidden or extra charges added. I was expecting some unnecessary fees, but they didn’t play that game — which was refreshing and honest. Excellent service, smooth process, and I’ll definitely recommend these guys!

   I had a very disappointing experience at Benten Auto Experts LTD. The MOT tester failed my car without explaining the faults and just told me to check online. The MOT report was vague, and when I asked for clarification, the staff were rude and unhelpful. My mechanic later confirmed that not all the bushes listed were actually faulty. It felt like the issues were exaggerated, possibly to push for expensive repairs. Very unprofessional and unclear service. I’ve reported the matter to DVSA.

   Had a small issue with a headlight bulb for the MOT I already have new bulbs but didn’t have the correct tool to fit it so I asked if they could just pop it in but they wanted more money to do that. I have been a loyal customer for years and they want to treat me like that so for the sake of a light bulb they have not had my money this time for the MOT and they have lost an otherwise very regular and loyal customer. How ridiculous!

   Water pump replacement, My old one was making lots noises for over 2 years unable to pin point where the problem was....Benten and Denis picked this out and replaced with a new one, no more strange/ worrying noises since then, highly recommended for friendly and professional service

   I took my car to Benten for its MOT and a full service. Everyone was really friendly and it was completed within 1.5 hours. This is the first time my car has passed it’s MOT first time for as long as I’ve owned it. Would definitely recommend. It can be hard to find a trustworthy garage, especially as a woman, as you can’t be sure if what they say is true about your car, Benten were trustworthy, friendly and even showed me what my advisories were incase I wanted to fix them before my next MOT. Thank you so much

They even fixed a minor issue with my car mirror and included it within the overall reasonable price which I truly appreciated. They are very friendly and accomodating.
