   I have been taking my vehicle here for 2.5 years, always good professional service, taking the time to explain anything that I ask. I personally feel like I can trust any diagnosis James makes on my vehicle and I’m always happy with the work done and the price (which sad to say) is a big deal when you are a woman. Good honest mechanic/garage. Same goes for the tyre and MOT place next door, not sure if they are affiliated.

   Been to Redlake a few times now over the last 18 months for a Major service and some general maintenance. Yesterday the car was in for an oil change and to have a look at the brakes. James confirmed that disks/pads would need replacing and called me first to give me the quote and check if I wanted to proceed with the work. I confirmed I was happy and they were changed same day. He also let me know that my tires are getting low, and recommended that I get them changed in the next 1000 miles or so. Had the car back by the evening and it’s now running lovely and smooth. Great service. Thanks James.
