   Worst taxi service I’ve ever used in my life. Kept us waiting for over 40 minutes just to inform us after repeated phone calls that their driver had a “medical emergency” and that a new driver would take at least 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time on Spark Cars. Also see how any good reviews are from years ago - that’s because they are terrible now!

   I live in the cemetery juntion area and lately i saw a lot of taxis with the Spark Cars logo on them. So i thought why not and decided to book with them. This was the best decision i have ever made. First of all the taxi arrived early, the driver was also a top g and he was very friendly and welcoming. The price was also VERY cheap compared to other taxi companies in Reading. I definitely recommend Spark Cars, they are a top company.

   Absolute Rip off. Company charged me £35.70 for a 3.8 mile trip/ 8 Minutes. Spencers Wood to Mortimer Station The driver asked if I live local and when I said no, his response was that everything is expensive in Reading.

   I booked a taxi which failed to turn up , after trying other companies who couldn't help I came across Spark Cars - thank goodness I did. Got me to station on time after a very good handling of my enquiry. On top of that my driver , Umar , was polite, friendly and even brought back to my home the credit cards that had accidentally fallen out of my pocket when I paid. So I can truly say they are honest as well as efficient - good value too !
