   If I could them give half a star I would. Very disappointing. They seem to have no diagnostic skills. Got us to change the Clutch AND the Gearbox, the fault was neither, hugely expensive for 2 pensioners, and still the car doesn’t work. The bill was £1600 for a still broken car. Had to take it another garage entirely. They fixed it for £50 by changing just one cable. They couldn’t even fix some erratic windscreen wipers, Would not use them again, and sadly, they don’t really seem to care. Avoid like the plague. The Welsh lady on reception was lovely, but what I really need was some car skills. (The garage may be under new management now)

   Avoid if you can, used this garage to solve an oil leak and a noise coming from the engine. Was quoted £1370 to fix. This was for a seal on the crank shaft and a timing belt replacement. At the time I thought this was pretty steep, however the guy on the phone was sure this would fix everything and would also take care of the noise. I get a call a few days later saying the cars ready, I asked the mechanic to road test the car to make sure everything was ok, apparently he did that and everything was fine so I went down to collect. ( he clearly didn’t), I paid and went to the car. When I started the car I knew immediately that this wasn’t fixed and it sounded a lot worse than it originally did. I got the car 100 yards down the road before I had to immediately turn back and take it back, the car had no power and the noise was horrendous. The mechanic then took it out and said the same so I left it with them. A few days pass and the garage call me to say that they don’t accept liability and it’s nothing they have done because they’ve fixed the leaking oil, I was told that the original noise would be fixed and it’s worse, not only that the car has no power and literally would barely shift. But still no way they were accepting liability so I was offered £250 back as a “good will gesture” I accepted as it was my only option but can’t see why they would offer it if it was nothing they’ve done? Not to mention I’ve had to chase and chase for this money, conveniently the owner is never there and leaves everything to the other guys. To sum them up they have no skills in diagnostics and communication. Anyway the car is now with another mechanic 2 minutes up the road and is brilliant.

   Excellent service, the guys fitted me in last minute for the car MOT. Lovely waiting area, even had a flat white coffee whilst I waited. I would highly recommend, and will be a returning customer.

   Honest, knowledgeable and trusty car dealer. I bought a second hand car last week and it couldn't have gone any better. My wife didn't like the car nothing to do with the garage , after a day, so took it back. Got a replacement within days and she now loves it.

   The BEST customer service from the lovely Welsh lady (sorry I don't know her name) and equally great service from the mechanics. I had a multitude of things go wrong on mine and my wife's, ironically, at the same time and these guys pulled out all the stops, met all timeliness, were extremely flexible with different requirements and very fair with costing. Absolute value for money and a massive aire of trust. First time I've used them as new to the area, and have to say the best I've ever experienced. Thank you for making these last few weeksless stressful than they could have been. Top, top garage. 5 stars, no question

   Great garage with mechanics who will try and fix stuff in the most cost effective way rather than just rip and replace. I've used them several times for MoTs, getting cars back on the road, fixing broken tailgates, you name it they do it. Service is always good and their prices really very reasonable.

   Called Brett on a Thurs afternoon, viewed car on the Friday, asked to PX my old car, was provided a fair and honest valuation. Viewed my new car and was a very easy simple honest transaction. Said I would buy the car Brett was great just wrote out an invoice and allowed me to transfer agreed balance in my own time. Collected my new car today was just such an easy process and the guys at the garage are great I would so recommend this dealership they all really took the stress out of buying a new car and helped me with the transfer of a private plate too, thank you..I love my new car Jules
