   Matt & team very helpful. Really pleased with service . Down to earth staff . Told me to bring the van in after lunch & could do repairs whilst I waited . Pointed me in the direction of hot beverage. Couldn’t ask for more . Certainly use for future repairs & service. Lady booking in whilst I paid bill , used Matt & team for years . On that recommendation & experience of the day . I’d give 6 stars .

   Great garage, i've been taking various cars to VAG Autoworks for about 6 years now including our Audi A1, which they can update the digital service record on (useful and avoids main dealer prices!). I have full confidence that they know their stuff, will run any repairs and likely costs before you before proceeding, and do work to an excellent standard. Liz on the desk is very helpful and will always be frank and honest with you. The car is often even vacuumed when i collect it, something not expected but always appreciated. Recommended.

   I use VAG for all four cars in our family, and the work is always first- rate and fair-priced. The best thing is the honesty…. If something doesn’t need doing, they don’t tell you it does. The boss even called me personally once to tell me I’d been overcharged for something and that he’d knock it off the next bill. Also, when my wife’s steering column developed a terminal fault they sourced a reconditioned one for me and saved me hundreds of pounds. Not the flashiest establishment in town but certainly trustworthy, reliable, honest, great value for money, and nice people.

   Called up and was given a quote for a simple service and minor replacement of a part. Immediately I noticed the lady over the phone sounded very grumpy. I wanted to give the car in on Saturday morning but their closed every weekend?? So I gave it in the following Wednesday at 10am. I would of expected the work to be done within 3-4 hours but I ended up picking the car up 5 minutes before they closed at 6pm. What's the point in giving the car in that early? Might as well have gone about my day and handed over at 4pm. I had to call the garage as they did not phone me with any updates or even let me know the car was finished. This was around an hour before they closed! The receptionists grumpy (personality as there are other reviews about her persona) carried on. The bill was also more than what I was quoted, at this point I was fed up and just wanted to get the car home so I paid without any questions. Then they didn't stamp the service book as they couldn't find it, I told them to have a look in the book pack again and they magically found it. I was then told my rear brakes hoses needed replacing, fine. The lady said she'd text me a quote. A week and a half later I still haven't heard from them, I called up and she said she'd been busy. Got a text couple hours later, however I was quoted cheaper elsewhere. Overall I think they know what their doing engineering wise. Professionalism however is low and the lady on the front needs to cheer up!
