   The app bugs out when trying to cancel so you have to call them but the service is great and they have good driver avaliability. As someone who had a falling out with uber and can't use their app this is perfect for me. Refunds on any cancelled trip are instant because unlike most other firms that charge up front, Bliss only hold the money which enables immediate refunds if you cancel. Way better system.

The driver was polite, friendly, and knew the best routes to avoid traffic — I got to my destination even earlier than expected!    Was picked up from Heathrow T5 yesterday. The whole process was so smooth. Using the app to order the pickup was easy. The driver Nav was waiting in good view . He was so helpful and careful with our luggage. Lovely car comfortable and clean . Nice touches like a bottle of water waiting for us in cup holders. What a joy and so needed and appreciated after a long journey.

   Knocked one star cause the driver charged me a different amount from the quote confirmation I received by text for the same journey (£40 vs £35). Knocked another star cause they keep misspelling my name despite me repeatedly asking them to correct it. Aside from that, clean cars and punctual service. And prices are cheaper than most other competitors in the region.

   We used Bliss for a return journey to Gatwick airport. Great communication and very competitive prices. Very clean and safe vehicals, highly recommend & would definitely use again. Only issue was being told at the end of the journey at 2am, that the card machine was broken, and so had to faff around trying to set the driver up on my bank account to pay him.

   This is my first time to use Blisscars 247 service from Reading to Heathrow Airport. The customer service is efficiency as I've changed to the pick up time twice & replied shortly. The drivers is very nice & called me 10 minutes before the pick up time. It costs only £38 for 2 persons with 3 big baggage & 3 hand carry baggage. Thank you so much to provide a safety journey. Highly recommended ! They're just increased to the price on November, so please check it before booking.
