   I order a loaded fries and whilst I was eating it theres a piece of plastic in my food. This is unusual and makes me question your hygiene. not good enough

   I recently visited Pepe’s, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot, with generous portions that really impressed me.    Clearly asked for plain but it had salad and sauce in everything, so someone can’t read properly. Food was sent out with the courier 1 and half hours after it was supposed to be delivered and surprise surprise it was freezing cold.

   Ordered 5 meals today the chips for all the meals were dumped into the bag and were stone cold. The chicken pieces in the qasadilla and pita wrap was tough as boots alongside being squashed like they had been jumped on and the chilli sauce was like water likewise ive never seen mayo that has also been watered down. Complete waste of money will not be ordering from here ever again.

   I comes with my family on every weekend to enjoy pepes food since 2 years. Every time I come here I found the same quality and especially extra hot flavour. There in no change in taste and food quality. Me and my family loves to eat from paper.

   Worst burger buying experience ever!! Complained about a burger being cold and after the guy agreed it was cold after touching it he decided to cheekily replace the bun and hand it back with the same meat inside. Then after complaining a second time was told the beef would take another half hour to prepare and this was coming from the chef (whose apparently worked at the branch for 7 years) and seemed a blatant lie as it never took that long first time round. In the end just asked for a refund to which they had no choice. £35 order lost... we will never be back so there's less work to do

   Customer service is really nice, i went with my business colleagues, we love the food, especially grill chicken, amazing Customer Service , guy who taking orders were really nice & polite , & help me with flavours as well , we had a good laugh. Had amazing food today. I would love to go there again. Keep it up guys
