Wow, what a find! Perfect little cafe in Kegworth. Coffee is top drawer, cakes are amazing. I had the carrot cake which can be so hit and miss but here it was amazing. Told they were all home made and you can honestly tell! The rest of the food that we saw coming out of the kitchen looked amazing as well. Dog friendly as you can see from my picture. Nice chilled music playing in the background; basically a little slice of heaven in Kegworth; I’d give it six stars if I could!!

Lovely little cafe. We had vegetarian food. Two of us require gluten free food and the chef came out to check our order. The food was tasty and fresh and its dog friendly too!

Local food cooked fresh what’s not to like situated in Kegworth village. Locals, bike clubs and passers by all stop and a very relaxing pull in alternative to M1 services. From Breakfast to Lunch Martin and his staff do a fantastic job. Just remember only open Wed-Sat morning to early afternoon. My treat for the last six months near to East Midlands Airport.

I had a latte and a carrot cake here and I loved it. Enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and the service as well as the view. Highly recommended!

A hidden Gem indeed. Its a small little cafe, one of the few in the area that has indoor seating and a toilet. It is cosy (four tables from memory) but the staff are friendly, the tea and coffee's nice. Oh and the Lemon Curd Cake was delightful. All cakes home made, apparently. Well behaved dogs allowed inside. Car parking along the road as there are no restrictions.

This is indeed a Hidden Gem ! Fabulous panini lunch with generous portions of excellent quality food - great tea & possibly the best chocolate brownie I’ve ever had. Beautifully clean, a very warm welcome & excellent service - well worth hopping of the M1 for a quick detour !

I highly recommend The Hidden Gem Kitchen. First visit in the COVID secure world and I loved it. It's kept it's charm as a small family run cafe, while the clear screens, hand sanitizer etc meant it felt safe. The food was as delicious as ever - we had breakfast this time, a mix of veggie and meat eaters and we all enjoyed it. We booked over facebook messenger, which was super easy.
