   If I could give zero it would be zero! Terrible service- stood waiting for 15 minutes for a flat white !! 5 staff- only one coffee machine infection. Appalling!

   Just ordered two decaf cappuccinos and watched the bossy lady on the machine add a decent amount of hot water into the recipe, she was trying to do it discreetly, not sure why, but at almost £5 a coffee nobody wants a weak and watery one!! Stop It!!

   Two awful attempts at a flat white. The first was a large cup of almost solid foam, so thick that a stirrer stood up in it, almost no liquid. When I asked for a replacement coffee, a got another large paper cup of super-heated froth with bitter coffee in the bottom. Sadly both went in the bin. Definitely not barista coffee. Definitely not worth the price. Just awful. Just don’t !

   My favourite drink was Costa coffee but the donnington service M1 Costa coffee drive-through let me down give us wrong drink Change for us another wrong drink Very teslas looks like not Costa coffee at all Definitely if I can I give below one star need more training to your staff!!!!!!!

   There is never enough staff leading to unreasonably long queues. It should not take nearly twenty minutes to get a takeaway coffee. It feels deliberate and is unfair to the staff that are working and the customers. After several bad experiences I now avoid stopping at these services altogether.
