   Having recently moved to the area, I was concerned about finding a reliable garage for MOT, service & repairs. After four visits, I can confidently say they are a brilliant motor service center. The service is consistently to high standard and prices are reasonable. As a woman (with zero motor knowledge) I particularly appreciate the approachable manner of both the receptionist and the mechanics. They take the time to explain the work undertaken on my car so I can understand the details. Their communication is clear, patient, and informative, turning what can often be an intimidating experience into a transparent and reassuring interaction. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

   I cannot praise D Banks enough. Ollie and his team are always at the end of a phone able to book my car in, even when I'm slightly stressed! Always calm and explaining how nothing is as bad as it seems. Brilliant service. Friendly. Extremely reasonable prices and everything is always done with your full knowledge.    I’d like to share my experiences with D Banks motors as exceptional. I have worked in the garage equipment service for many years and have come across all kinds and I’d say Ollie and his team are great. Booking in was easy and pleasant from the lady on the front desk who provided accurate quotes and booked in. My car needed service and MOT where I was called at work with a few small issues. Ollie explained clearly what they were and offered solutions. But instead of costing the normal it was slightly discounted due to the other work being carried out. Ollie to collect me from work and drive me back to the garage where he went through all work that had been done and clearly gave me evidence it had been done. The work in my opinion was carried out to a high standard, with good customer practice in mind at an affordable price. I’d be recommending them to others and will be going back myself.

   Continues to provide great service, customer relations and cost effective solutions. Nobody likes a repair bill but Olly and the team always take time to explain why and you feel like you get a personal service. They are accommodating, helpful and work hard to meet timescales. Most recently I had a clutch issue requiring recovery and significant repair. Within 20 hours the car was sat ready to drive again outside my home when I returned from work.

   Used D Banks twice now and won't hesitate to use again or recommend to others. On both occasions I've had work done at a much cheaper price than going to the dealer direct and it's included picking my car up and dropping it back - something a dealer would never do. Such a massive convenience, quick turnaround, high standard of work, friendly service and competitive price. Really impressed overall!
