    Great service, friendly team, good price. At drop-off, I asked if they could report back at the end of the day on the condition of the old oil that was to be drained - they did that as requested, something that is often forgotten by other garages. Car was returned very clean in and out. Price was lower than quoted, which was a very pleasant surprise! Also had a nice chat with James - great guy. All in all, a great experience

    Car always feels nicer to drive after a service with Millers, you can tell they've done a good job (unlike other garages I've used in the past)... and they even give your car a clean too, which is a nice touch. You get what you pay for.

    Having always used a well known BMW dealer to service and MOT our mini in the past we decided to use a more local garage and were not disappointed by Millers. Lovely people who provide a really personal service at a better price than the main dealers and are officially recognised by BMW so the service history is maintained. Will definitely be using again.

    Absolutely stellar, called the garage on an emergency regarding my jag with limp mode issue and possible faults, and had it sorted out the same day by Tom at a very reasonable price. I would recommend both the garage and especially Tom anyone as their work was carried out both professionally and to the point to customers request, as the job costed £150 and I later realized quite possibly a jag dealership would have charged at least 4 times more.

    I cannot express how good the team at Miller's are. I sent my Jaguar to them for a service and a check on a few issues I had with my car. It ended up they found numerous issues with my car which led to a larger bill than expected. Although it was more expensive than expected and them having my car longer than expected, the service they provided and the work was outstanding. From start to finish I was constantly updated on a regular basis of all issues and costs involved and always asked how I wanted to proceed before anything was done. Jack who dealt with me mostly was absolutely amazing through the whole process and I cannot thank the team enough for what they did to my car. It came back to me like a brand new vehicle. I am so impressed with the team and any further work or services on my car will be done by then. Amazing work Miller's. Thank you. Mr Lovelock.

    Outstanding customer service! I took my Seat Leon Mk1 in due to my engine knocking around and losing power. Left it their on the Friday but they couldn't get through to my phone (it ran out of battery). I rang late that day and found out a bloke named Jack had worked on the car. He'd done a free 15 point check and said they had some concerns but couldnt identify the main issue (we later found it sorted itself out...). Now here's the bit I'm massively impressed with. Jack asked how I wanted to proceed and walked me through what needed doing and how important each bit was. It's an old car and he understood that some parts my get left a while. He didn't immediately start testing with other methods outside of initial diagnostics which would stack up costs, he waited until I'd confirmed exactly what I wanted. Communication!!! Absolutely brilliant!!! Later after running the car around the original engine issue couldn't be replicated. They asked me to come in to try and replicate it and I couldn't. Now here I completely understand, and was prepared to pay for all the hours they'd put in. I was expecting extortion because I've experienced a lot (not recently but the memories are still there). Nope, Glen the owner charged me for just one hour and the diagnostic which I'm thrilled with. I'm definitely coming back to resolve some of the found issues as I currently trust these guys.
