Sadly my experience here after having some work done previously was not great. I have had to visit another garage to put the work right after what appears to be an installation error. I did give the guys a chance to fix it, but they told me another unrelated part was at fault, which was not the case.
I have to give credit where credit is due. Westech are simply brilliant. I found that I needed a very costly timing chain replaced on my BMW, a job my usual garage unfortunately didn’t specialise in. Not only were Westech, as BMW specialists, less than a third of the cost estimated from an official BMW garage, but they were able to help immediately, and the service I received from Trevor was faultless. Quality work, friendly, quick turnaround and went above and beyond to explain what had gone wrong and what was fixed. My car is running better than ever before and I’m incredibly happy with the work. They get my full recommendation!

I cannot recommend Westech enough. Their service is miles better than a main dealer, they're honest and the prices are good too. They have looked after all my Beemers and also care for our other brands. If you use a BMW main dealer, then do yourself a favour and upgrade to Westech! You won't regret it, I promise!
Friendly and fair. Happily discussed work in advance and provided a quoted, which they then charged less than because it took less time. No problem booking it in (unlike sometimes weeks of delay with main dealers). If you're trying to find them coming out of Basingstoke towards Newbury on the A339 they are remote (you'll need a lift back dropping off/picking up) and in the farm on the left you can easily see after a few minutes from the last roundabout. There's no sign for them but the farm is hard to miss.
