In 8 years of driving and owning cars in 2 different countries i have NEVER found a mechanic that I could honestly say I walked away feeling happy and like I could fully trust them. The level of service I recieved from Dick was absolutely top notch. From being personable, humorous and transparent to the level of the work done on my car I think it is such a shame that I can only give him 5 stars. Never the less. I walk away from this situation feeling that I have gained a "forever mechanic". Thank you for everything I sincerely apologise but this does mean you can never retire!
Pangbourne Garage are one of the best in the business! Not only are they brilliant mechanics but they are are incredibly nice guys. They have helped my family countless times at short notice when we have experienced motoring issues-staying open later one Saturday when our car needed to be towed there. Highly recommended. Will.

My alternator belt snapped 2 minutes away from their garage. I couldn't risk starting my car again or driving it any further as it was connected to the water pump. The following morning I went to these guys for help and they went out of their way to make time and saved my rust bucket ready to be back on the road, on the same day. They don't charge much either, their labour and parts charges are perfectly fair and honest. On top of the replacement of the alternator/water pump auxiliary belt, they've also changed the power steering/air-con auxiliary belt as well. They even left the car running to charge up my battery again before I collected it. Cars been running smooth since then, no more squeeling from the auxiliary belt. 5 stars from me, amazing service, I couldn't have been more grateful for their help.

Quick, honest and very reasonably priced! Everyone there is extremely nice and the fact that they warmed up the car before I picked it up this morning was VERY much appreciated! So lucky to have them near by!
Stand out service. They've seen me and my car a handful of times over the last month trying to work out and fix a complicated problem. They went above and beyond to get the issue sorted. All of their pricing has been more than reasonable, the staff are approachable and friendly and don't talk down to you (as a lot of garages do to women!!) Absolutely recommend and won't be taking my car anywhere else!
