   I have been using Pr motors for 2 cars for about 5 years now. I'm normally very happy but for this Mot I got charged an extra £60 for a diagnostic test on a fault light which had been on for past 3 years and had already been diagnosed by them. Never charged on previous Mot's. Was a slight communication issue as gentleman mentioned test which I thought was Mot. Was really expecting them to knock it off especially as loyal customer and its just plugging a machine in. Seems customer service is non existence these days. Really cross!!

   First time using this garage for an MOT after moving to the area and seeing lots of positive reviews online. Very efficient reception/admin team, including sending me a courtesy reminder email the working day before. They collected the car first thing in the morning (as agreed) and it was delivered back to me a few hours later. Both the collection/delivery driver were very friendly and courteous. The car passed the MOT (as I'd expected), but they did point out some areas to watch ahead of next year which was appreciated. Very happy with their service and their competitively priced MOT. Will definitely use them again.

   Great service for a great price! Everyone was very helpful, polite and understanding. I used their Collect and Drop Off service which was extremely useful. I had an issue with my Mini's bonnet not being able to open because the latch went loose and they fixed it for a way smaller price than my previous garage would. The difference in price was £92 vs £360. I also got MOT and they offered to repair small issues very quickly. I got my car back the same day! Very please with the service and will definitely keep them in mind for the future. If you are looking for a trustworthy and honest garage - please keep these guys into account.
