They responded to the email within 2-3 hours and then called me to ask for more details and arrange a visit the following day. On the day they phoned ahead to reconfirm the arrival time and then turned up promptly. The work was done efficiently and payment was via an easy credit card payment.     I would highly recommend Wayne - he is efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I called him and he was able to come out the next morning to look at my horsebox. He kept in touch throughout the repairs and I left him with my keys so he could come and do works when convenient whilst I was at work.
