They discussed my car with me and what they were able to do with the alignment and do better than expected. Also was an issue with the steering wheel not being aligned and I brought it back and they sorted it. Very helpful and friendly and excellent service.

Had a tyre notification due to low pressure, when I refilled the air it was going down again. Booked an appointment on the day. The service received was great. The guys explained and showed me exactly what was wrong and what was needed for the repairs. I was given a variety of options for repairs, from budget prices through to premium. Really happy with the service received.
Fantastic service. All the staff on duty on Tuesday 2nd September were fantastic. My van failed its MOT and they managed to not only source the parts required but managed to retest sameday as well as luckily some space became available. Thus my van passed 2nd time and I was able to drive away hassle free. I will be back here 100%, thanks guys!

Exceptional service from Kieron Morgan - it was an emergency due to a torn tyre and nothing was too much trouble even though the Centre was extremely busy. Kieron did his level best to help and was happy to look at different options to secure best pricing as my tyre needed to be ordered. I was extremely grateful and will use this branch going forward.
I booked change of two front tires with them, as my friend told me that they are quick. Unfortunately, it was anything but quick and I was left frustrated with customer service. As I said I booked and paid everything in advance, and brought my car in at 8:30 in the morning. They told me the car would be ready in max an hour, so I just walked around. Came back in an hour and they said it’s going to take more time since they had 'priority customer’. It’s came a shock since my appointment was booked&paid in advance, I didn’t see any ‘priority customer’ option there, so why other customer is suddenly a priority customer, and I should wait? Because I’m a woman? Would they say so if I was a man? So I had to wait another hour having to move around my work commitments and the fact that I’m heavily pregnant didn’t help, as I was exhausted. In the end, they called saying that my front tires (the ones that they changed) need alignment and it would be £50. Alignment was already included in my service, so why should I pay extra for alignment of front tires? Shortly, total mess, not quick and I personally felt discriminated. Not gonna go for them next time,
Excellent service all round. My first visit for a service and oil change with a full detailed report provided. I was kept informed by Keiron with the explanation of any additional work suggested and with a price break down. Friendly and experienced so I cannot fault this visit. I certainly felt my car was in good hands. Thank you Keiron and team - great work.
Althought the work is okay, the staff are all men that are very snappy and rude. They kept oogling me the entire time I was in there and could see two of them whispering and pointing like they'd never seen a woman before. It made very unconfortable as a young woman. Happens every time I have gone in there. I will now be looking for a new garage as I don't appreciate the glares and lack of basic customer service manners. Not even a hello or have a nice day...
