   Went there for MOT and major service. I was waiting 3.5h for any info. They found a broken coil spring (?) Guy said that he took a photo of the car lifted and will send me as proof never received it. Finally, I was forced to pay upfront, leave my car overnight and take the bus home (and the Euro car parts is next door). I hope they changed the oil and filters, as I paid for it. No invoice for part fitted (most garages offer this). I will think twice before using this place and the Servicing Master Centre, as this is where BookMyGarage initially sent me, and then I heard I am under the wrong address. Doggy

   Had horrible experience, brought my fine working car for pre MOT check and got back a car that wasn’t drivable anymore, they claimed they didn’t do anything and quoted a high price to fix, I chose to shop around near by and get it fixed by a much more reliable garage just a street down, who did confirm that the issue was caused by an employee rather than natural wear and tear. Don’t go here, choose a better place to prevent your car from having sudden problems.

   Good service but terrible communication. Booked online initially, never received the confirmation so I called and it hadn't been received their end either. Thankfully they were still able to see me on my chosen day. Requesting invoices or quotes is simple, getting them is another matter. It is a shame as otherwise they are prompt and knowledgeable.

   Realised I urgently need an MOT done on a saturday morning. Called MOT centre on the phone and they said they would be able to do so on the same day. Drove my car in just before noon and got my MOT certificate 40mins later. Efficient and friendly service, very well priced. Would recommend.
