First visit to this Costa and did not fail to impress me. Keeley served with a smile and explained about the app which I downloaded and a bean was added. The teacake, raspberry and almond bake and the caramel latte were perfect. Well done to all the team today!
Had the most amazing hot chocolate with plenty of cream and yummy marshmallows. Lovely staff too and a nice place to sit in and watch the world go by.
Visited early morning and it was great,cosy and the staff member that served me was lovely, she seemed to know all the regular people and was very welcoming, the hazelnut Iatte i ordered was amazingly huge and I couldn't finish it but it was delicious though,definitely worth stopping by

Bizarre place, it looks like a costa but is unlike any Costa I’ve ever been to and certainly didn’t taste like a costa. The staff shouting across the place to their friend, moaning about their pay and work. Not experienced any Costa quite as bad as this one.
Great coffee shop with lovely staff serving , they can't do enough for you really enjoy calling in for great friendly banter , my favourite Costa by far . Keep up tge great work
Overall a decent Costa branch, usual quality of coffee etc. The only things that stop it having a five star review is the lack of lunch options and something out of their control- you cannot use the toilets till you've ordered as they have locked number pads on the toilets. I suspect that people have been taking advantage of this being the only building with a toilet on this stretch, but as a mum with a young baby it's off putting sadly.
