   The passenger window in my Discovery 5 was due to be fixed under an approved used warranty, but, before it could be fixed the window dropped and my main dealer couldn't fit us in any earlier. We needed the car to get us to the airport the next day, so Rick and the team helped temporarily secure the window in place so we could use the vehicle safely. Took less than a couple of hours. These guys helped get us out of bind and were super helpful from the start. When my warranty runs out, this is where I'll be taking my car. Cheers guys.

   I have been given many wrong reasons to replace Adblue and tank which was not necessary and being ripped off. Once i have visited another garage i found out that issue was just a minor. I found customer service very diappointing as attitune towards customer is we can not ask question of problem if you want to repair just drop the car and we charge whatever we think is right. This is not the way it works.

   Very Unprofessional. I took my Rangerover to Rovertune, it went in for a service, I went to collect it and drove it for a couple of miles, then a enginefault came on the dashboard I notified them to which they said this has nothing to do with them and it’s not them at fault. As you can imagine I’m fuming to say the least you take your car to a garage expecting a professional service and your car comes back with an engine problem. The only thing I can do is to write a review to warn others to avoid, go to a dealer garage as this independent one shocking.

   waste of time and money! couldn’t diagnose suspension issue properly, kept asking me to bring in the car every couple of weeks as they need “more time to diagnose” but would not keep the car for more than 2-3 hrs to finish the job and fix the problem.

   Absolutely superb service, had been taking my car to main dealer locally. They couldn’t diagnose the issue as the computer they plug it into was advising of every other possible issue it could be other than what it was,after replacing two fuel pumps, battery, oil cooler and hosing, wiring loom to engine bay, fuel rail sensor a, costing thousands. It still didn’t work. It turned out to be the lamba sensor in the exhaust at a fraction of the cost £90. Highly recommend as they are proper mechanics and highly skilled on these vehicles

   My Range Rover Sport developed a fault while it was next door at Elite Wheels & Tyres. The guys at Elite took the car to Rovertune who immediately ran a diagnostic and reset the offending module. Their level of service was astounding and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. It took around an hour to complete, before they solved the issue. My keys were then handed back to me and absolutely no charges were made. Really great service and will use them in the future for my servicing requirements and any other little ‘faults’ that LR vehicles seem to have!!
