   Drinks are always made to perfection with so much care love, so thoughtful the staff always so helpful and if your ever unsure or something isn’t to your liking they are always immediately quick to correct, i actually visited the branch in intu derby today and my drinks are continuously made without thought and care a staff member wasn’t aware of the ingredients that consist in the new matcha gingerbread cream after requested something to be changed init she resulted in trying to insult my intelligence after shortly being corrected by another member sad tbh but just goes to show the staff in Sinfin deserve all the praise!

   Feels like a vendetta from the store manager against me recently - she can not be civil, turns her back on me. Now been told that I was conversation on the group chat about blue light. Then gives away drinks to previous employees and her partner comes in and takes free drinks and food - I think I'm done with this store unless it suits me now, I was a daily visitor but will certainly trim this down

   The place wasn’t busy at all and I didn’t have a great experience. There was only about 5 things in the baked section (cookies etc). No brownies or chocolate muffins. The only cookie (£2.60) displayed was half broken. No sandwiches or drinks available on a Tuesday afternoon. My order wasn’t even correct and had to ask them to give me the shortbread slice I had already paid for as they had forgotten. Either staff are very novice or I came at a bad time.
