   Fantastic quality cakes and things you wouldnt find in other cafes in the town. Lovely big open space in the middle of the shopping centre to take a break. The cake slices were luxurious and filling. The chocolate torte was also freshly light and tasty. The coffee was strong and good quality. The staff were professional and efficient.

   I had a latte with double espresso, and a peanut butter cake. Really nice friendly service, hot latte and a nice cake. the cake was nice but not very peanuty. I couldn’t help but think what a great cake this would be with more peanut butter and a crumbling of Dime Bar shards on top!

   The appeal of food in display cabinet not good, the sandwiches look like the old British Rail where the tops of sandwiches curl up as drying out, and do not look appealing. I had a piece of cake which was OK, but again, it was starting to dry up, not good. Service was reasonably quick and efficient, though.

   I've been coming here for a while as it's good place to people watch while enjoying some food and drink. I really enjoy the chilli chicken Panini which I have each time. However, today it came out barely toasted and with cold chicken inside. I sent it back and just asked for them to toast it a little longer stating I don't mind if it's 'hot'. It came back 60 seconds later steaming with soggy bread on one side and solid dough on the other. The filling was hot but it had clearly been microwaved which ruined the overall meal. I will likely not return after this experience as I don't particularly like the hot drinks either. The service is usually great, there a few really nice staff members but some just seem vacant and barely talk. Not a problem but it does dampen the mood.

   Came just before 4pm and says open till 5pm on the website but they were already clearing up and closed? Usually my preferred place to go but had to go to Costa instead.

   Arrived with great excitement and ordered simply 4 soups for my friends. I was truly amazed that twice the soup arrived cold, i did not want to create a fuss in front of my guests but i would have requested refund for cold soup. Staff seemed too enthusiastic that we were looked after. Surely wanting hot soup is not a lot to ask? I suggest staff to check temperature of the soup before serving. I know cost is going up these days but we spent over £30 and was not too pleased, sorry.
