This is the 3rd time ive had my car serviced at MPC and the service is always perfect, they always provide a courtesy car while the work is being done and my car is super clean when I collect it 10/10

From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and transparent about the work that needed doing. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and gave me a fair price with no hidden extras. The quality of the repair was outstanding — my Campervan now runs smoother than ever. I had to get recovered to MPC after hours in a Friday night. They catered for me very well and managed to do the repairs 3 days later. Extremely impressed with the turnaround and even cleaned the car inside and out! Price seems reasonable.
I walked in to this great little garage asking for a next day MOT availability and was so pleased with the response. Very helpful and friendly and I will definitely be using their services again in the future
MPC ( and Tom in particular) have carried another full and professional service for my VWTRoc solving an ongoing problem that the local dealers have frustratingly consistently declined to resolve. In particular Tom has been incredibly helpful with nothing taking too much trouble - and I’m incredibly impressed by the work ethic. I had water leaking into my Mercedes A class (known issue for w176 with rear air vents seal deteriorated behind bumper which Mercedes dealership tried covering up even though I’ve been going to them for 5 years for services etc) MPC not only were very quick to get me booked in as a lot of other garages did not want to deal with water ingress but MPC also were only charging me 80% less what I was quoted at dealership! So when they worked on my car they advised the air vents looked fine and they just needed to be re-sealed so I didn’t have to spend extra money needlessly on parts and not have to wait for it to be delivered as it was raining a lot too which isn’t good for my leaky car which I appreciated But a week later I noticed my car was still leaking a bit so called them and without a fuss they said they’d replace the air vents and charge me nothing and to bring it in next day so I can’t complain! You can’t find many honest and professional garages like these that actually care about their customers and especially the quality of work they carry out while taking ownership of any mistakes so thank you much MPC, I will only be bringing my cars here from now on
Had a load of issues with my van exhaust. The quick solution was explained along with the risks of it not working. When it didn't work we agreed on the full job which was completed successfully at a good price.
Open on a Saturday. Problem with the headlights fixed quickly and without any fuss whatsover. Painless. Thoroughly recommend.
Took my landy here for failed MOT works went into enquire about costing of work & got my seat fixed right away then they came and collected my car to complete all welding and other works a couple days later. Due to the place I originally got the MOT from not being able to fit me in for some time I then went back to this company for the re-test which they fitted me in quickly and after a minor little hiccup which for myself was a huge meltdown due to the absolute run of bad luck I have been having lately they quickly got it sorted and got me back out on the road with a pass. The lady and gentleman who we spoke too were absolutely amazing so friendly and such a wonderful help. I highly recommend them to anyone. I would like to thank you ever so much for everything you really took a huge weight off my shoulders through this extremely hard time that I'm currently going through and done everything you possibly could to ensure I have my car back out safely on the road.
Went in to stop a brake fluid leak, I had identified the source of and was done super quick. No over charging and no additional parts that weren't needed. As a result of that great work, I asked them to do a full service while the car was with them and it was no bother to squeeze it in on the same day. Even better was the full and unexpected valet it was returned with...so sparkly! Great service and will absolutely be returning for any future work needed! Thanks MPC team!
