The two guys working there were so friendly and so nice! I felt really valued as a customer and on that alone, i would come back. The work was also done quicker than expected and they phoned to let me know i could collect my car early. Fantastic experience all round!
Me and my partner popped into Halfords Autocentre Basingstoke today to have a valve fixed on my tyre, and was served by the lovely Dean and Nigel. They were so kind and helpful, it was so nice to have such wonderful customer service today! Made our day! Thank you so much for sorting out our tyre, we would definitely recommend ☺️
Awful. Booked an appointment for a tire change at a specific time, and even paid extra for that slot. Both on that day, and even at the rescheduled appointment (which was booked on their system 3 hours later than my confirmation), the tire had not been delivered to the garage. No telephone calls were made to me at any point to keep me updated. Got a refund and booked in with Just Tires for the exact same tyre at over £30 less! Staff pleasant enough but you must keep your customers informed so that they aren't wasting time and petrol for a product you cannot provide. Will absolutely never use again.
Booked online for a tyre at 4pm slot the following day - good price . Arrived at 10am due to changes and Dave and team has me all sorted in an hour , can knock the service or experience .
I made an inquiry about a roof box for my i20 Hyundai N in-line. The expert technician Tim was extremely polite and very knowledgeable and helpful. MOT , done new tyre fitted, I have used this garage on a number of occasions and they are always friendly and helpful. Their prices are fair and I trust them not to try and rip me off, Highly recommend

Very unhelpful staff member who wouldn't deal with my failed Halfords battery as he said it was bought at a retail Halfords and had to go there. The Halfords retail shop said that any branch should be able to test it
Been using this Halfords since moving down here. Have had no issues with getting services, MOT and other various things sorted. Today was the yearly service and MOT which was completed by the end of the day from when it was dropped off this morning. Yes there are probably cheaper places, but I prefer this autocentre because of the location.
i have 2 new front tyres fitted by halfords and they didn’t done its tyre balencing . Now the car start bumping above 50 mph.
