Very impressed with One Stop Service Centre. The owner, Peter, kept me advised of all that needed doing to my car. When l collected the car, on a very frosty morning, his son made sure my car was warm inside, he'd even put the seat heater on...very thoughtful. Great customer service, much appreciated, thank you.
Peter is an absolute gem. He knows why I think he is a very kind man but aside from that took my car for an MOT today, was completed in super quick time. No dramas. When my car suddenly developed a fault with the electric boot opening / closing mechanism, i needed a quick resolution as its very impractical to (force it) manually open and shut by hand against the resistance of the, now gone electric boot struts, specially that this is an estate car... Contacted several of the garages i used before for years in Newbury, nearest available appointment just to have a look and diagnose not before December / January 26! One Stop Services however, were very helpful from the start. Katie answering the phone was patient enough to listen to my detailed explanation of what I thought the problem was (broken position sensor wire) after I did a quick diagnostic and watched many YouTube videos! Politely suggesting that it could be that but sounds like a common issue with my car model that the struts go... offering an appointment to properly diagnose the fault next day / tommorow miday... brought car in the morning just in case they can look at it earlier and they did! Struts failure diagnosed, Katie called me to explain and on my reluctance to accept that, as I was really hoping it's the much less expensive to fix broken wire!, explained how they technically reached that diagnostic, powering / disconnecting the various parts in turn..very professional. Quotation given and appointment booked for next day to get the parts and work done ✔️. Indeed all done and I can open and close boot again with a push of a button! As a Taxi driver, couldnt have hoped for a better outcome in 2 days time from fault developing. As for the cost, it is what it is, but notably katie did research if a manual/ not electric struts would be possible, which was not the case for this car. Work done by Ben as per receipt. 10/10 for the work done professionally & likewise for the excellent customer service and keeping the customer informed. Will definitely use again and highly recommend them and their entire team.
One stop garage review I would highly recommend this garage for service, repairs and Mot. Peter Jung performed an extra ordinary support to get my car repaired/serviced and pass MOT this year and last year. Last summer another garage quoted me above £1k to only make repairs to pass MOT, and when I was referred to One Stop garage and sent them the quote, they literally fixed the car with almost only 25% of the proposed quote by the other garage and the car passed MOT and been driving with no issues whatsoever until this summer. Again, this summer, sent my car to one stop for full service and MOT and asked to check the windshield water tank thinking it’s punctured as water disappear in no time. Peter could have easily made me pay to change the water tank as I asked for that, but instead he went the extra mile as usual, stripped everything to allow to get to view the tank, and sent me images. Removed the pump, again cleaned the pump filter, made sure that the 2 pipes leading to front/back windshield are not leaking, made sure when it’s operated there are no leaks etc. This was done over few days back and forth collecting and dropping off my car and taking videos and showing me how everything works. This is my go to garage and I am so ever grateful for the dedication and integrity, highly appreciated.
Our car was barely running and we weren't able to get home to London as a result. Peter was so helpful on the phone and they managed to squeeze us in and get the repairs diagnosed and completed in just over 24 hours (a new CV joint). So pleased with the fantastic service, the only garage who were willing to help us out in the 6 we called too! Would recommended them to anyone ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I have been going to one stop garage now since a couple of years. I needed an Mot very quickly and the garage was most accommodating with finding me a quick appointment. We have both our cars serviced at One Stop and have done so for many years. We do so because Katie, Peter and the team are excellent at what they do and have high standards. They are straightforward, knowledgeable and give you no flannel. I trust them totally to tell me what needs doing and to do it well. And to find a cost effective way forward, not just proffer a brand new replacement when a bit of effort can find and solve a simple problem.

I had just purchased a new vehicle who uses One Stop Service Centre for some of their services. My air conditioner required a recharge which the garage forgot to arrange prior to me collecting the vehicle. One Stop Service Centre got me in straight away and had me in and back out again in just under an hour. Their customer service was absolutely fantastic. Being an American I was very impressed with the courtesy, respect and friendliness of the staff and how promptly i was seen to.
