    Over cooked toastie, which they knew was for my 18months old daughter and also took 10minutes to arrive. Pot of tea for my wife obviously couldn’t get this wrong. And flat white for myself that was weak, with little foam on top. Staff seem very uninterested in actually serving people. Made worse by the fact the place was not even busy. Better barista training and more customer awareness from staff needed.

    Lovely as always. The lady desperately needs table number holders to make their jobs a lot easier. £24.99 per pk of 12 from various sources. Attractive looking chrome type 12"long do she can see the number's displayed.

    Good customer service. Not a lot of choice on sandwiches. Had a cheese toastie, it was nice but a bit to greasy for me. They will need to improve for me to go back again.
