   Had an unfortunate event with my car over the weekend and need a tyre replacing, spoke to Charlie Todd who was a credit to the company, helpfull and professional. He managed to fit my car in and checled all the tyers and discovered that an additional one had damage. Very happy with the service and would be happy to return

   It’s rubbish here, everything takes an age you’ll be waiting for hours. They seem over booked all the time. A brake check / fluid change took 3 hours! Booked in at 11.30, left at 2.30. Mechanics operate at a snails pace, and there seems an ingrained attitude of ‘that’s just how it is’. Over the road at F1 Autocentre is better, I’ll go there in future and I won’t make the same mistake booking Kwik Fit again.

   Disappointed but not totally unexpected. Have had two tyres replaced on the vehicle not so long ago from a different branch; chose them as I was away from my home area. I usually use local independent establishments. A slow puncture developed on one of them. My son took the car to this branch for them to check out. They found that 'the wheel is corroded' which caused the slight leak. Told him to take it to a wheel specialist to refurbish or replace the wheel. My son did not challenge them and left. Normally minor corrosion should not cause a problem, as long as the fitter clean and prepare the wheels properly before fitting the tyres. Which should be part of the work. They just brushed him off as he is young and unaware. And, they did not want to remedy the issue under warranty - poor workmanship and lack of care. Today, I took the car tol ALS Tyres in Farnborough, my go to place for tyres in the local area. They spotted the issue straight away, removed the tyre and wire brushed and prepared the wheel and refitted it all within 10 minutes. I will take this hit and as another lesson and reminder not to use the national chains.

   Fantastic service from start to finish. I came in needing a tyre replacement after hitting a pothole, pulled into kwikfit and the manager, Charlie Todd, handled everything quickly and professionally. The issue was fully sorted within 30 minutes, perfect communication and advice, was back on the road with no stress at all. Excellent customer service and a really friendly team – highly recommend!

   Really poor experience. Have been using this Kwik Fit for the past 3 years with really good service but couldn’t be more different this time. Original MOT booking cancelled at short notice due to staff shortages which meant I had to reschedule for an inconvenient time. Dropped car in first thing for service and MOT. MOT had been completed by 11. Called up at 1500 car was still undergoing service but nearly finished. Waited another 2 hours still nothing. Walked down to garage at 1700 car still on ramp and told wouldn’t be ready until 1800. 1825 (garage suppose to shut at 1800) was handed keys and MOT certificate. No explanation regarding service and still waiting for electric copy of service report. Complained to head office on Tuesday and still no response. Clearly suffering with lack of staffing but workload should be managed to reflect that. Sadly won’t be returning again in future.

   Great service. Great team took car in this morning. Tyre change/ new valve/ wheel balancing/ battery health check / brake check / alignment check plus old tyre disposal . All done within a hour, car drives away perfect . Will definitely be back and recommend 5☆
