   I was recommended Thames Valley ATF by a friend who used to work for the local bus company. Fantastic team and super helpful. Zara, Damian and Karl went way beyond the call of duty to help and sort some under body rust on my car. Very knowledgeable and friendly. All done efficiency and thoroughly for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended and very much a hidden gem in the area.

   Where do I start! I received a call from the lovely lady that runs the very tight MOT scheduling (I think her name is Caroline) advising me of my new MOT date/time after I had to cancel due to covid. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile not only from the lady but from the testers too! Even with the covid measures in place of clear signage and hand sanitiser I was able to seek refuge in the office and blessed with a lovely cup of coffee and treated to a biscuit :) The whole process from booking/paying/cancelling/getting rebooked and finally tested was a pleasure from start to finish. I got to meet the manger as well who was very knowledgeable on the MOT process and even more knowledgeable on the buses themselves! Very enthusiastic to say the least! Great team and cant wait for my next MOT.

   After ringing around a number of ATF centres to be told there was long waiting lists Jill managed to give me a confirmed booking before the expiry date, she was super helpful and knowledgeable a pleasure to deal with. Let's hope the testers are the same!

   After some minor failures at a different test centre, who were unwilling to fit me in within the fourteen days. I rang round in desperation and got hold of Jill at Courtney ATF, who went above and beyond to fit me in before Christmas. A big thank you to Jill and her team, who were quick and efficient. Will definitely use again.

   Jill is a pleasure to do business with, always helpful, friendly and reliable. However Courtney's is let down by their MOT Inspectors who are exceptionally unhelpful, unfriendly and will go far out of their own way to see a fail certificate.
